Those Making a Difference During Coronavirus

In a sea of bad news, it's been inspiring to see organizations and individuals being so generous.

The wine & restaurant industries have taken a massive hit during Covid-19, but we're glad to share and thank some of those making a serious difference in our community. Thank you to those dedicating time, money, and resources to help those in need.
Gertie transformed into a Restaurant Workers’ Relief Program.

The Brooklyn restaurant has transformed into a relief center for those in the industry affected by the pandemic by offering free meals and necessities such as toiletries and pantry items. Since feeding 600 local hospital workers and 3,000 restaurant and hospitality workers, Gertie is now partnering with City Harvest, Rethink Food, and Hospitality Workers United to continue providing meals. Donate here if you are able.
